While Mortise Master ships to the mainland United States for free. Return shipping and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. RAs (Return Authorizations) must be obtained using the contact form on the contact page of the website prior to the return shipment. Always obtain a tracking number and adequate insurance against items lost in return transit. No refunds will be processed on any "lost" items or items otherwise not returned. Refunds will not be processed for items not properly packed or suitably prepared for return shipment. Damaged packages will be refused and not processed. Once we receive your returned item we will notify you by the email listed on your original sales order. Refunds will be credited using the original payment method only.

Please allow 14 days after notification of receipt for the credit to appear in your account.

Mortise Master Limited Warranty

This Limited Warranty is in effect for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Mortise Master LLC warrants this product to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use and care during the warranty period.

This Limited Warranty applies to the product(s) purchased, and only for the product(s) purchased from Mortise Master LLC.

During the Warranty Period, Mortise Master LLC will repair or replace, at no charge, the product(s) or parts of the product(s) that proves defective due to defective material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

Whether the defective product(s) are replaced or repaired is strictly at the discretion of Mortise Master LLC.

What is not covered:

Any incidental or collateral damage to property arising from or caused by use of the product whether deemed defective or not are not covered.

Any shipping charges incurred by the return of product(s) for repair or replacement or for the delivery of new Product(s) or parts are not covered under this warranty and are the responsibility of the customer.
